As life gets busier, the regularity of a yoga practice becomes
more important in terms of bringing balance to our lives.

Attending a weekly yoga class is a great way to set a foundation for a regular practice. It can inspire a home practice as well as providing a healthful break in the midst of a hectic week.
- Setting aside some time to practice at home can extend the benefits we receive from a regular yoga class. Determine to practice 3 times/week at home separate from yoga class. Start and end the practice simply by deep breathing and focusing on the breath.
- Regular yoga practice benefits us in the following ways (but is not limited to these):
- Stretches and tones muscles
- Develops strength and flexibility
- Dramatically reduces the negative effects of stress
- Helps the body relax
- Brings greater balance to the body and mind
